Return and Refund Policy

At Junaidha Pharmacy, we are committed to providing high-quality medicines, healthcare products, and customer service. This Return and Refund Policy is designed to clearly explain the conditions, process, and timelines for returning, exchanging, or refunding products purchased through our website or home delivery service.

1. Return Eligibility Period

Eligible products may be returned within 5 days from the date of delivery. Requests received after this period may not be accepted. All returns are subject to inspection and approval in accordance with this policy.

2. Home Delivery Return Requests

For home delivery orders, customers must initiate a return request by contacting our customer support team within the return period. Where applicable, arrangements may be made for collection of the product from the delivery address.

Returned products must be accompanied by the original order confirmation and must meet all return conditions stated below.

3. Review, Replacement, and Refund Process

All returned items undergo a quality and eligibility review by our team. Once reviewed:

  • We will prioritize offering a replacement where the same product is available
  • Replacements will match the original product specification and quantity
  • If replacement is not possible, a full or partial refund may be issued
  • Refunds are processed through the original payment method used at checkout

Please note that online refunds may take 5–20 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Promotional, Discounted, and Special Offer Items

Products purchased under promotions, discounts, clearance sales, or special offers may not be eligible for return or refund unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

We take great care to ensure products are delivered in excellent condition. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 5 days of delivery.

Such products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. After assessment, we may offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

6. Conditions Applicable to All Returns

To be eligible for return, all products must meet the following conditions:

  • Original order confirmation must be provided
  • Products must be unused, unaltered, and in resaleable condition
  • Items must be returned in original packaging with all labels, instructions, and tags intact
  • Accessories, seals, and authenticity cards must be included where applicable
  • Medicines cannot be returned once purchased or dispensed
  • Hygiene products cannot be returned if opened or used
  • Skincare, cosmetics, fragrances, and haircare products must be unopened and unused
  • Perfume products are strictly non-refundable
  • Electrical items must be returned with all accessories and original seals intact

7. Right to Decline Returns

Junaidha Pharmacy reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges that do not comply with this policy. We may also monitor return patterns and restrict future orders in cases of excessive or repeated returns.

8. Refund Method and Processing

All approved refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment. Cash refunds are not applicable for online purchases.
